Insulating glass
Insulating glass is a glass component formed by two or more pieces of glass with a certain width spaced by an aluminum frame filled with molecular sieve adsorbent inside, and then sealed and bonded with high-strength sealant on the sides. The company has a number of fully automatic insulating glass production lines, choose high-quality CSG float glass original film and various auxiliary insulating materials, to ensure that insulating glass has the following excellent performance and characteristics:
Thermal performance: The lower U value (heat transfer coefficient), the effect of inert gas filling is more obvious;
Optical performance: according to actual needs, it is very flexible to choose different solar transmittance and reflectance;
Sound insulation performance: Insulating glass can generally reduce the noise by 30 decibels, and inert gas can reduce the noise by about 5 decibels on the original basis;
Anti-condensation performance: lower than the dew point (-40 ℃) of the insulating glass specified by the state, reaching -65 ℃, to ensure that the insulating glass does not condense;
Sealing: The aluminum frame (spacer frame) is formed at one time, and the double sealing of butyl rubber and structural rubber or polysulfide rubber ensures the sealing of the insulating glass and prolongs the service life of the insulating glass.
