The composite heat-insulating fire-resistant glass is composed of three or more layers of original glass sheets, which are sealed with flame-retardant rubber on both sides, and then filled with fire-proof glue in the formed cavity. The unique fire retardant glue makes the product have fire resistance and heat insulation, which belongs to the national standard Class A fireproof glass. This fire-resistant glue is a new generation of products produced with inorganic nano-silicon, which solves the problem that the previous products have poor anti-ultraviolet ultraviolet rays and blistering, and has obtained national authoritative testing and certification.

Fire protection principle

The flame generates extremely high heat during the combustion process, and penetrates the glass in the form of heat radiation and heat conduction, so that the temperature of the back surface of the glass continues to increase. When it reaches a certain level, the heat will burn or ignite people or combustibles without touching the flame. The compound heat-insulating fire-resistant glass has both fire resistance integrity and heat insulation, which can effectively ensure the safety of personal and property.

The unique fire-resistant glass liquid contained in it is transparent after curing, and is integrated with the glass. After encountering high temperature, it will foam rapidly to form an opaque fireproof foam board. During this process, the adhesive layer absorbs a lot of flame heat at the same time (making the surface temperature of the back surface of the glass not more than 140°C on average), thus preventing high temperature Conduction to the back fire surface, and its firmness can also block flames, smoke and toxic gases.

Storage, transportation and installation

Use and storage temperature requirements between -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, lower temperatures will produce crystallization.

Whether it is transportation or storage, it must always be kept in a vertical position, with wooden squares or soft rubber pads.

When transporting the glass, please use a special glass rack or wooden box for packaging. Each piece must be separated by a piece of paper or a soft liner.

During transportation, the glass should be placed parallel to the direction of movement to avoid damage due to inertial impact during the transportation of the glass.

A black sealing frame is exposed around the glass, which is suitable for inlaid installation of peripheral beading.

The groove depth of the supporting fire protection frame is at least 20mm.

During installation, the glass is strictly not in direct contact with the metal.

When installing glass, be sure to install it in the correct direction according to the product label.
